I believe there is an untapped or inhibited source of vitality, love and compassion in all of us and I am dedicated to helping you find it.
Chronic stress, anxiety, depression, digestive problems and fatigue are some of the most common symptoms we can experience when our system becomes overwhelmed.
Through practices like breathwork, yoga and compassion circles I can help you rebalance your nervous system and invite more energy and agency into your life.

Practicing yoga regularly impacts the way we see, perceive and respond to the world around us. It helps us regulate our nervous system and become more intimate with our body and mind connection.
My yoga classes incorporate mindful movement, breath and meditation.
I offer private 1:1 session in person or online tailored to your needs, fitness level and goals.
Compassion Circles
Connecting, relating and developing compassion towards others is one of the most powerful medicine to soothe our nervous system and maintain a good mental health. Meaningful social interactions and support is one of the key factor to a healthy life.
I host monthly compassion circle both in person and online.
